If your tracking number shows “delivered,” first check with household members or neighbors and look around your front door and mailbox. If your package still hasn’t arrived after 48 hours have passed since delivery and you opted for Shipping Protection, you can file a claim through our online portal. Claims must be filed no later than 6 months after the marked delivery date. Filing a claim does not guarantee approval.
