If you prefer Coop credit instead of a refund for an eligible return, contact our customer service team. We can help set up the return for store credit.

Coop credit is issued as a gift card and can be used toward your next order on coopsleepgoods.com. It isn’t redeemable for cash unless the gift card balance is below $10 USD.

Returns should be shipped within 30 days of receiving the prepaid return label. An otherwise eligible, non-final-sale return remains eligible for a refund if it arrives after 30 days but within the 100-day return window. Refunds are processed within 3 business days after the return reaches our facility.
