The scent you’ve noticed is very common with new memory foam products and is completely safe. Our pillows are both Greenguard Gold and CertiPUR-US certified, and they’re retested annually to ensure they meet strict standards for low chemical emissions, including VOCs and formaldehyde.
The scent itself is similar to a “new car smell” and will naturally fade with time.

- Removing the pillowcase and placing the pillow in the dryer on a low heat setting for 1–2 hours.
- Adding a dryer sheet (optional), which can help neutralize the scent even more.
